Summary of conditions
1. Plots shall be used for the cultivation of fruit, vegetables and flowers for domestic consumption, and not for trade.
2. Tenants shall keep adjoining paths clear and shall prevent the spread of perennial weeds to neighbouring plots.
3. Tenants shall attend a minimum of two site work mornings per year.
4. Plots left uncultivated for one full growing season may be reallocated following written notice of twenty-eight days.
5. Bonfires are permitted only between 1 October and 31 March, and not on Sundays.
